Preaching

The work of humanity’s salvation, promised by HaNaNim, is a matter spanning 6,000 years.

2,000 years after Adam and Hawa, the ancestors of humanity, transformed into male and female, Abraham performed HaNaNim’s work, and 2,000 years later, Jesus appeared, and then 2,000 years after that, the 6,000 years promised by HaNaNim were fulfilled, and the true GuSeJu emerged.

Abraham was the ‘ancestor of faith’ who, at 100 years old, attempted to offer his son as a sacrifice according to HaNaNim’s command, but the true GuSeJu who appeared after 6,000 years is the ‘victorious HaNaNim’ who offered himself as a sacrifice. There is no one more faithful to HaNaNim than he, even in the Bible.

The true GuSeJu is literally %%%greatly compassionate, profoundly merciful,%%% so he sees HaNaNim in everyone, Buddha in everything, and does not perceive wrongdoing. Therefore, he has no ‘enemy people’ or ‘adversaries’. Even if someone comes who has slandered, conspired, or made unjust accusations and judgments, he is a being with a nature that will forgive all. However, there are indeed enemies and adversaries, and that is ‘the devil’. Although HaNaNim and the devil coexist in all things, the righteous person’s eyes see only HaNaNim, having overcome the devil.

As 6,000 years have passed, this world has become a spiritual structure where thoughts, concepts, understanding, and language have been constructed from the perspective of sinners and the viewpoint of the devil. In this sinful world, religion is increasingly taking on the appearance of a business enterprise. When one criticises other religions, the statements “Why do you disparage other people’s religions?” and “Recognise each other and do not fight” mean that society perceives religion as a market for sharing. Religion is not an ornament cherished by sinners.

The true religion of the true GuSeJu criticises all religions in the world with the statement, “There has been no religion in this world.” This statement contains an incomparable difference from the established religious standard of judgment, which is to take just enough to maintain stability. Furthermore, this statement is a proclamation that “New words are here.”

New Wine in New Wineskins

Over 6,000 years, there has been a strong current of death flowing. Comfortably, moderately, with that current. Our ancestors lived that way, and people around us live that way, but if one rides that current with them, one will eventually flow towards death. Proof, re-proof, re-re-proof… This is a fixed principle.

However, there are fish that swim upstream against that strong current of death. Such fish undeniably exist in reality. The work of humanity’s salvation is a work like a fish swimming upstream against the current of death, not a work of pseudo-religion like established religions that stably and moderately surrender themselves to the current of death in this sinful world.

The work of humanity’s salvation must deliver new words to those who have been accustomed to this current of death for too long, to awaken them from their slumber and make them row towards the right direction, not allowing them to be swept away by that current. Because humanity is one body and we share a common destiny, we must widely proclaim these new words with the understanding that “if that person receives salvation, I too will receive salvation through their grace.”

There is a point to note here. Firstly, one must properly understand JuNim’s words. One must not retain the concepts one knew, the stance one had as a believer, or the comprehensive practices of the terms one used, and then try to put new words into them.

‘Worn Wineskin’

This is typically the established pseudo-religious understanding of salvation. The concept that if one believes in God, attends gatherings of believers when possible, praises, and lives according to God’s words, one will receive God’s protection and be saved, is a misunderstanding stemming from a bogus theology that does not know the fundamentals of what God is, where God is, what sin is, or where sin is. Of course, it is widely accepted and recognised as common sense by most people in this sinful world, but it is an undeniable fact that it is a product of bogus theology that teaches and learns about an unknown God amidst the current of death.

‘New Wine’

It is the ‘new word’ that comes from the true GuSeJu. This word is a word that overcomes the sinful world and ascends against the current of death. The core of this word is that ‘I’ is the true body of the devil, and HaNaNim is in a situation of being imprisoned in the devil’s spiritual prison (靈獄) called ‘I’. Therefore, HaNaNim must break out of that devil’s spiritual prison, and the HaNaNim within each person must become strong enough to break out of that spiritual prison themselves. At this time, the GuSeJu acts like a midwife, guiding the way and helping one to walk that path, and at the final decisive moment, enables one to cross that Arirang Pass.

Each person must strive to walk the path of being born again through the Holy Spirit, by drawing grace from the GuSeJu. This path is a path of grace, and among the tasks of drawing that grace, what is always emphasised is evangelism.

When evangelising, because one thinks and speaks from HaNaNim’s perspective, evangelism is the best tool for thinking only of HaNaNim at every moment. The thought, “I must evangelise this person and bring them here,” is ‘my thought’ = ‘the sin of lustful evangelism’. Therefore, HaNaNim is the one who evangelises, and my role is to draw grace from JuNim and bestow that grace. Thus, through that grace, JuNim draws and brings the person who is being evangelised. Ultimately, through evangelism, HaNaNim’s spirit within me grows, finally becoming a strong, victorious HaNaNim, capable of breaking out of the devil’s spiritual prison.

If JuNim leads that person to the 제단, the evangelist does not end their duty there, but becomes a spiritual mother who must raise that person as a spiritual child. To ensure the spiritual child can walk this path well, one must draw grace and connect them to spiritual milk, and thereafter, provide for all sorts of things like how to hold a spoon, how to walk, how to dress, and act as a spiritual mother who washes away any contamination they bring back. That is precisely the role JuNim has fulfilled for us.

‘New Wineskin’

A new wineskin does not exist from the beginning. Rather, discarding the worn wineskin and cleaning out its place is precisely how one brings in a ‘new wineskin’.

I mentioned earlier that understanding the ‘new word’ within fixed ideas is like putting it into a ‘worn wineskin’, for example, ‘to live eternally’.

If one puts the word ‘to live eternally’ into a ‘worn wineskin’, thoughts will flow in this direction: “Life is hard and painful, yet one lives eternally?”, “The world’s population is already large, so if one lives eternally, there will be food shortages.”, “It is a fixed principle to be born once and die once, yet one lives eternally?” Without thinking about what one has not understood, one misunderstands in this way, and in severe cases, it leads to slandering others.

How can one live eternally if life is not happy, and a person (sinner) cannot live eternally. However, every person, as a descendant of HaNaNim, has the potential for eternal life, the HaNaNim within them is currently imprisoned in the devil’s spiritual prison, but if they break out of that spiritual prison, the sinner (person) becomes a righteous person (HaNaNim) and transforms into HaNaNim’s body, thus living eternally.

Therefore, that ‘worn wineskin’ that has hardened over 6,000 years of this sinful world. Discarding and cleaning out one’s fixed ideas, old understandings, and subjective views formed by untruth is how one brings in a ‘new wineskin’.

The root of those fixed ideas is precisely the established religions and academic disciplines widely accepted in this sinful world.

Therefore, smashing the jar of fixed ideas, which is like the net of the devil’s fish farm, with the rod of truth, is to tear the net of that devil’s fish farm. This creates the conditions for the fish to swim upstream against the current of death and come towards the true GuSeJu.

Although there are religions with a history of 2,000 years, with billions of believers, and famous in the world, there is no religion that can withstand questions starting with “Where exactly is the God you speak of?” or “You say one dies for the price of sin, but what exactly is sin?” beyond 2-3 levels of depth. This is because they are pseudo-religions. As the true GuSeJu emerges and strikes with the rod of truth, all those famous religions formed by untruth shatter like earthenware.

Now is a time when new ‘fixed ideas of eternal life’ are not yet formed from the study and religion of eternal life, so the person receiving evangelism needs to set aside their subjective views for a moment and adopt an attitude of deeply understanding the new word from a new perspective, and the person evangelising must draw strong and fervent grace that can melt even those who resist.

Therefore, the purpose of evangelism is not so much to bring people, but to draw grace. This is because if grace is abundant, people will follow of their own accord, even without being told to come.

People to Evangelise and People Not to Evangelise

1) When evangelising healthy people, do not bring those who are unable to attend daily worship.

Do not bring them until they are in a spiritual state where they are determined to attend daily worship. Bestow grace upon them until they fully understand, and when they themselves express a desire to come, then bring them.

2) You must not bring people who used to come to the 제단 but no longer do.

This is because they are people who have already been judged. You must not contact them, nor bring them to the 제단, nor allow them to enter the 제단.

3) Even people who come to the 제단 but attend daily worship sporadically must no longer be allowed to set foot in the 제단.

Be cautious and warn them, and absolutely do not allow such a person to contaminate this sacred 제단.

4) Even those who repeatedly appeal emotionally to bring back people who used to come to the 제단 but no longer do, must be cautioned and warned, and not allowed to set foot in the 제단.

They are disobeying commands and already making contact, and worrying about a person who has been judged and cast out, without any regard for JuNim’s circumstances. They should be regarded as the same, and regardless of their position, must not be allowed to set foot in the 제단.

Before thinking that a person is good and pitiable and must be saved, first consider JuNim’s pitiable position, and absolutely do not suggest such matters to JuNim.

5) People who slander, curse, and make noise outside may be evangelised.

If contact is made, check if they have ever attended the 제단, even a little.

If they have attended the 제단 before, add them to the list of those who have been judged, so that other saints do not unknowingly contact them again.

If they have not attended the 제단, resolve their misunderstandings and inform them so they can correct what they have wrongly understood.

6) Discern whether a person will be a burden to JuNim and other saints, and whether one is currently being manipulated by the devil, as you evangelise.

From JuNim’s perspective, the 제단 is a laundry place. What is one to do if laundry containing faeces is brought in? The position of the person doing the laundry must be seriously considered. The surrounding laundry must not be contaminated by that faecal water. One must bear in mind JuNim’s words that the purpose here is not to increase the number of believers.

Furthermore, one must discern people who are looking for a place to do business, who want to report, who want to research, or who intentionally approach individuals by deceiving them about their identity or purpose.

For whatever reason, someone who used to come to the 제단 but no longer does, has a cause for ‘resisting the Holy Spirit’ and the result of being cast out by JuNim’s judgment, and inwardly thinking “What the hell is the Holy Spirit?”, while verbally acknowledging and praising, but in action, using the Holy Spirit or treating the Holy Spirit as an object of observation, and wanting to play with it as they please, saying “it’s this way or that way” – that devil is precisely the Red Dragon devil.

Actions speak the true words that the tongue conceals. Therefore, one can discern by observing that person’s actions and results.

7) If something is difficult to judge, pass it on to a seasoned veteran or the 제단 General Affairs Department.

What Maitreya Buddha desires most is for his disciples to evangelise. If one does so, all sins will be destroyed, just as fog and dew disappear when the sun rises. * Nirvana Sutra, Volume 6
