Jeondogwan (傳道館) is a religious group founded in the mid-1950s by Pastor Park Tae-sun, which is the predecessor of the current ‘Cheonbugyo’.
Pastor Park Tae-sun called himself the ‘Messenger of Fire’ and led a powerful revival movement, reportedly attracting up to 1.5 million followers at its peak.
Jeondogwan also gained significant social attention by building ‘Sinangchon’, a community where followers lived collectively and were self-sufficient.
