The work of human salvation is each individual overcoming ‘self’, overcoming the devil, and being restored by God who conquered the power of death, through Savior’s grace.
In other words, it is a process of listening to and understanding the words of the Savior as a model, and achieving it in reality through individual effort and practice.
There is a process of ‘Living Water Connection’ within the gradual process where God’s grace is felt in body and mind. This refers to the sensation of coolness flowing throughout the entire body, starting from the mouth and moving deeper into the stomach, eventually flowing like water down to the tips of the toes, without needing to eat or drink.
This is an experience that manifests in the body from a highly focused mental state where there are no distracting thoughts, and all thoughts are concentrated on ‘God’.
