The consciousness of self

The subjective consciousness called “I”

People possess a mind, and a closer look reveals that this mind is not static, but constantly moving and changing.

Especially when focusing on a specific object, past memories, present phenomena, and future predictions flow together, unfettered by any constraints, and thoughts expand infinitely.

A closer look at this state of mind reveals a central core that generates these thoughts: the consciousness called “I.” In other words, all thoughts center around the “I,” expanding into situational judgments, value judgments, conjectures, and imaginations.

Each person thinks with their own “I” at the center, making conjectures and judgments. These thoughts are expressed through words, actions, and habits. Therefore, the shape of this central consciousness manifests as individuality or character, manifesting in the face and body.

Therefore, the consciousness called “I” is the master of each individual’s mental activity, and the expression “subject consciousness” is used to describe the central core of all thoughts and judgments.
